How I showed young women that you can shop ethically and still shop online

Problem

One in three young women, the biggest segment of consumers, consider garments worn once or twice to be old” (The Guardian, 2019).

Insight

Depop allows people to buy and sell second hand clothing online, preventing items from ending up in a landfill, and lengthening the life cycle.

Solution

A campaign to promote buying and selling on Depop which presents them as the ethical fashion alternative.

These print adverts will consist of 3 collages of popular vintage items, the collage will represent different life cycles through each owner.
